We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders with a merchandise total of $100 or more.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within a few business days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Rates & Times

We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery times vary by country; customs inspections and local postal practices can affect arrival times, occasionally taking several weeks.

Important: Duties, Taxes, & Fees Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and will be collected by your local postal service or customs office if applicable.

Tracking

We provide tracking details for every order, whenever the carrier offers tracking for the selected service.

Tracking info is emailed when your order ships.
Updates are controlled by the carrier.
There may be gaps in scans during transit between facilities.

Packaging & Issues

Damaged? We package carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.

Missing? If marked "delivered" but missing, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us for assistance.
