This vintage July 1979 issue of Strength & Health Magazine features Ahmet Enunlu, Bridget Gibbons, and Salvador Ruiz on the cover. The trio represents the winners of WABBA’s Mr. and Miss World contests, directed by the legendary Serge Nubret. Enunlu claimed both his height division and the overall Mr. World title, as well as Most Muscular. Gibbons, crowned Miss World, had recently become Mrs. Pasquil, and Ruiz took top honors in the short class. This issue captures the international spirit of bodybuilding during one of its most celebrated eras.
