Description

Vogue Magazine January 15, 1964 – Wilhelmina Cooper Cover by Bert Stern

From a privately held Vogue archive, 1920s–1970s. These were stored away for decades and recently brought back into circulation. We performed light, dry surface cleaning at the outer spine (vacuum/brush/smoke sponge only; no wet methods), then placed each issue in a new archival sleeve.

What to expect: honest vintage traits, binding wear or small splits, staple-rust halos, edge toning, and period shelf dust that can appear as black residue along the spine. Interiors are dry and legible. Some copies retain a light vintage paper aroma typical of mid-century magazines.

Each listing shows the exact issue you’ll receive. Any condition materially beyond the above is noted in that item’s description. These characteristics reflect long, earlier storage before we acquired the collection; all items are now housed in clean sleeves and stored upright.

This vintage issue of Vogue Magazine from January 15, 1964, features supermodel Wilhelmina Cooper on the cover, photographed by the renowned Bert Stern. Capturing the refined glamour of the early 1960s, this issue highlights spring’s soft yet sophisticated trends, profiles of international fashion icons, and thoughtful cultural commentary on art, beauty, and lifestyle.

The magazine is in good condition. The item pictured in this listing is exactly the same item you will receive. Please check the pictures for condition purposes.
We do offer combined shipping—just ask.
All of our items come with a plastic protective covering.
