Description

Vogue Magazine July 1962 Anne De Zogheb Cover by Bert Stern GD Interior

From a privately held Vogue archive, 1920s–1970s. These were stored away for decades and recently brought back into circulation. We performed light, dry surface cleaning at the outer spine (vacuum/brush/smoke sponge only; no wet methods), then placed each issue in a new archival sleeve.

What to expect: honest vintage traits, binding wear or small splits, staple-rust halos, edge toning, and period shelf dust that can appear as black residue along the spine. Interiors are dry and legible. Some copies retain a light vintage paper aroma typical of mid-century magazines.

Each listing shows the exact issue you’ll receive. Any condition materially beyond the above is noted in that item’s description. These characteristics reflect long, earlier storage before we acquired the collection; all items are now housed in clean sleeves and stored upright.

This July 1962 issue of Vogue features Anne De Zogheb on the cover, photographed by Bert Stern, one of the most influential fashion photographers of the 1960s. Capturing the effortless elegance of the jet-set era, this issue highlights timeless summer glamour—from long evening gowns in New York’s “hanging gardens” to sun-ready fashions, glittering nightwear, and the art of leisure among the world’s elite.

The magazine is in acceptable condition with good interior, showing creases, marks, and general wear consistent with its age. There may be light rips as well. The exact item pictured is the one you will receive. Please check photos for condition purposes.
We offer combined shipping upon request, and all of our items come with a plastic protective covering for preservation.
